Influencer Partnerships Coordinator Opportunity

We are looking for passionate and driven Influencer Partnerships Coordinators to join our team. This role involves identifying potential brand partners, negotiating sponsorships, and managing collaborations that align with both brand goals and influencer growth. As part of the Partnerships Division, you will play a critical role in expanding our network of deals and maintaining the agency's high standards of professionalism and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pitch and secure brand sponsorships for our roster of creators.

  • Identify new brand opportunities across digital platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and email outreach.

  • Negotiate campaign terms to maximize value for both brands and creators.

  • Collaborate with our influencer managers to finalize deals and ensure seamless execution.

  • Track performance and report on campaign outcomes.

  • Proven sales experience with exceptional negotiation skills.

Compensation and Growth:
This role begins with a commission-only structure, offering uncapped earnings and significant growth opportunities. Top performers will have the chance to transition into salaried roles with additional bonuses.

Commission Structure:

At Karmansum Agency, we value the contributions of our Influencer Partnerships Coordinators and reward their efforts with a generous commission-based structure. Here's how it works:

  • You will earn 20% commission on the gross profit from every brand deal you secure.

  • For example, if you close a deal worth $10,000, your commission will be $2,000 directly paid to you.

This structure offers uncapped earning potential, meaning the more deals you secure, the higher your income. Whether it's a one-off sponsorship or a long-term partnership, your hard work will always reflect in your rewards.
